Tomato Soup Splashdown v1.2 snapshot 2 (Patch Notes)

A snapshot for The Kitchen Update that introduces the second of three kitchen maps: The Sink.

• Added The Sink Map
  • Includes a sink that contains water
    • Water will cause items in it to float
    • Soup will burst unless it has preservatives
  • A cutting board with a knife is on the right

• Changed shuffle mode to be less likely to repeat maps
• Fixed an issue where players could stack jumps when the game freezes
• Fixed an issue where the toaster in The Window could only be used once
